My Approach to Healing

I believe healing is sacred—and personal. There’s no single path to recovery, especially when we’re carrying generational trauma, cultural disconnection, or unspoken grief. My work is grounded in both clinical expertise and spiritual alignment, blending evidence-based tools with intuitive, culturally informed care.

In our sessions, I hold space for all parts of you—your mind, body, soul, and story. I integrate therapeutic modalities like EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with deeper work around ancestral lineage, feminine energy, and nervous system healing.

As a first-generation Latina, 40% Indigenous Native, a veteran, and a survivor, I walk with the stories of resilience, loss, and healing that shape my family’s journey. My grandmother was born in Nebraska, my father in Mexico, and I was raised in a Mexican identity because, for many of us, it was safer than openly honoring our Indigenous roots. That silence—born from colonization and generational trauma—is something I continue to heal, and it inspires my work every day. I know how deeply we long to feel seen, safe, and whole. That’s why my work centers on empowerment, gentle reconnection, and embodied healing. Together, we can process emotional pain, release inherited burdens, and create space for a future that feels aligned and free.

I also believe healing happens in relationship: with ourselves, with others, and with something greater. Whether you connect through faith, nature, spirit, or intuition, we’ll honor that in our work together. This is not about fixing you—it’s about remembering who you are beneath the wounds.
